Imago Therapy- Harville Hendricks   Imago is effective as a way to create stronger relationships, because it helps us become more aware of the way that we are all deeply interconnected.

Emotionally Focused Therapy- EFT  EFT is a short term structured approach to couples therapy. Distressed couples that can be helped include partners suffering from disorders such as depression, post traumatic stress disorders and chronic illness.

Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program- This is one of the most comprehensive and well respected divorce-prevention/marriage enhancing programs in the world. PREP is a skills and principles-building curriculum designed to help partners say what they need to say, get to the heart of problems, and increase their connection with each other.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing- EMDR is information processing therapy that uses eye movements and thoughts to treat anxiety, stress, and trauma. Research support is primarily for disorders stemming from distressing life experiences.
